Meet Sarah
Sarah is a proud mother of two young children, a lover of dance and music, a healer and carer of people, and a passionate and energetic person.
She is dedicated to enhancing a person’s hauora. She deeply believes that; we can only be complete, and start to heal and grow as humans when our mind, body and soul are aligned and the energy between these is free-flowing, balanced and connected.
Sarah has experience as a general manager of a charity, manager of multiple social work and trauma services, Lecturer, social work practice leader, practitioner and supervisor. She has also been involved with human rights work both in Aotearoa and in developing countries.
Sarah has a Master’s degree in social work (first class honours), Bachelor’s degree in politics and management (honours), postgraduate diploma in social work and community work, certificates in adult education, leadership and coaching.
Alongside the professional, she has delved deeply, and trained in a range of healing modalities, therapies, and experiences.
