Testimonials
“Sarah is an amazing supervisor who brings a wealth of practice experience and skills from a range of social work settings to the supervisory relationship.
I found Sarah to be authentic, trustworthy, and somebody who consistently acts with integrity and ethics. Sarah is passionate, professional and thorough, and the insights she shared with me inspired me to grow and develop both as a professional and as a person.
I enjoyed Sarah’s holistic approach to supervision, creating space for consideration of professional and ethical obligations, and also the personal attributes of the practitioner.
Supervision with Sarah was of consistently high quality, and I found any feedback offered to be honest, fair, well considered, and in the interests of safe, best practice. I always came away from supervision sessions with increased clarity and I know my practice was strengthened by learnings gained in our work together. Sarah is a passionate, highly skilled practitioner and supervisor, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to practitioners at any stage of their career who are looking to develop their practice.” - Jodie
“I had the great pleasure of working under the guidance of Sarah, who served as my professional supervisor. Sarah's approach is characterised by warmth and empathy, embodying principles of ‘manaaki’, ‘aroha,’ and ‘whakawhanaungatanga.’ Drawing from her own experiences, Sarah cultivates an environment that encourages authenticity and self-expression. She possesses the unique ability to challenge when necessary while also ensuring adherence to a model that enhances personal empowerment and dignity and mana” - Brooke
