Financial investment into individual and workplace growth and development:
$150 per hour - 1:1 coaching and support
3 session workplace wellness package: $1000
Individualised plans based on needs

Provide a wide variety of workshops & trainings
Review workplace culture, the wellness of staff, the environment & systems.
Working 1:1 with staff for wellbeing coaching
Tailor-designed wellness packages
Create change management plans & facilitate the change
Consult on strategic and operational planning
Relevant Experience
Some key roles that have her equipped her with the skills in this work are: Manager of a large charity and a Human Rights Organisation, a Practice leader in two social service organisations, on a National Board of Trustees, a guest speaker at many international conferences, multiple leadership trainings
Running four organisational Change Management initiatives (Te Pukenga new Bachelor of Social Work degree, the change from CYF to Oranga Tamairiki, MSD systems redesign, SuperGrans sustainable kai system)
Running wellness and self-care workshops after Cyclone Gabrielle - multiple sessions for Gisborne District Council, Stand Tū Māia, community groups.
